Returns & Exchanges

1. E-Books:

  • Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable. By finalizing your purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Mentoring:

  • After payment confirmation, refunds are not permitted.
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Written notice of cancellation via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Discord must be provided at least 21 days before the next payment date, or the payment will be processed.
  • Upon cancellation, 1-1 calls will not be bookable, documents will not be available, and you will be archived on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Discord. Text and voice notes will remain available but replies will be lowest priority.
  • If you follow instructions, complete all weekly check-ins, and do not grow your social media, mentoring will be extended for free, based on the type of business and social media page.
  • By signing up, you agree to waive any right to a refund based on results. Success depends on your effort and commitment. Refund requests will be referred to a debt collection agency.
  • If I am unable to message on days other than Sunday due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, days will be added to the mentoring.

3. Clothing and Accessories:

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with questions about your specific item.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for clearance or customized items.

Chargebacks and Debt Collection:

  • Chargebacks will be denied. If a chargeback occurs, it will be forwarded to a debt collection agency. Additional fees and legal action may be pursued to recover the owed amount.
